Since Bartolomeo Scappi, renowned as “Chef of the Popes” in the sixteenth century, decided to publish the recipe, the passion for that fresh stuffed pasta called “Anolino” has always remained the same. We wish to follow this long tradition with the same passion and desire that our grandmothers have transmitted to us.
